Confidentiality

We treat all our work confidentially. All staff are required to sign and abide by our own strict confidentiality code. To give you extra peace of mind we will also sign your own confidentiality agreement.

Please note that we will retain copies of your source document(s) and translation(s) on paper and/or disk (depending on the project) for one year unless we receive instructions to the contrary.
